The free parking was onsite. Fantastic service. - the staff was really good and very pleasant, just as I expected. - the location of the hotel was central, near to a very beautiful beach, Alvor or Praia Da Rocha, and city center or beach.

Very safe for families to stay at and lots for kids to do.

spacious comfortable well equipped apartments, huge outdoor pool, tiny indoor pool and jacuzzi.

The breakfast was decent, and the apartment was super spacious. the location is stunning and peaceful, close to other nice places you can get to with a free bus ride, including Alvor, Praia Da Rocha, and the city center. the staff here are really friendly and helpful 😊.

The breakfast is very very good with champagne, Fruit, the various meals, had everything you could imagine. Huge and tidy rooms are accompanied by fantastic service.

Cleanliness of apartment and outdoor pool; friendliness of some staff (notably Fatima and the lady in the mini market) handiness of the mini market (and the fresh rolls in the morning).

The awful noise from the basement club which went on until after midnight on several nights; having to pay to play on the 7 (unkempt) holes of crazy golf; having to pay to play table tennis; the dirtiness of the indoor pool's water; the behaviour of some youths who seem to live there.

Everything was first-class, I can recommend it. It was an interesting place for holidays, had a lovely time. - the food was outstanding. - the location was excellent. - the staff was very honest, excellent.

the location is great between alvor and praia da rocha and both pools are excellent

not happy that the kids clubs are gone - new system is not good, play ground is in very poor condition also

Warm breakfast, huge apartment.

The apartment we stayed in was modern and had one bed; its location was great since it was close to downtown and Ferragudo.

The hotel is kept very well inside and out, with ample parking.The rooms are very well equipt if one wishes to selfcater. friendly staff

unfortunately the hotel is not central, which always means a car journey if you have smaller children as the walk is too long in the heat

The hotel rooms are large and clean.the pool and the grounds are very well looked after and plenty of families there.It was our third time there in last 5 years

Well the staff were not as friendly as they usualy are.The wait to get served at pool snack bar was terrible not enough staff.The bar in the evening also poor service.And as for entertainment terrible.Had to take a taxi at night to alvor for entertainment.
